Melbourne Airport T2 - International Arrivals

The T2 Collection Area is on the GROUND FLOOR, in front of the Multi-Level Car Park

Once you have collected your luggage, BEFORE you go through Customs, please text me to confirm you are about to go to the pick-up area.

1. As you exit Customs, you will be corralled in front of the MELBOURNE sign above. Head RIGHT towards the exit and head outside

2. On the Ground floor, cross the road and follow the signs to the Park Royal Hotel.

3. Walk past the “MELBOURNE” sign and cross the roads and turn LEFT outside Multi-Level CarPark

4. Walk towards the Hire Care Services and find the pink signs with the Bay number 2F. I’ll be waiting near the “PRE-BOOKED TAXI” sign and I’ll escort you through the Park Royal Hotel entrance to the vehicle
