The T2 Collection Area is on the GROUND FLOOR, as you exit customs in the T2 Arrivals area

Please remember to turn on you phone or connect to the Melbourne Airport Free WiFi to communicate with me, so I know where you are throughout the process through Immigration, Luggage Claim and Customs. If you are new to Australia, you can contact me on WhatsApp and my details can be found here

1. Once you have collected your luggage, BEFORE you go through Customs, please text me to confirm you are about to go to the pick-up area. As you exit Customs, you will be corralled in front of the MELBOURNE sign above. Head RIGHT towards the exit.

2. As you turn RIGHT, I’ll be standing near the Hudson’s Cafe holding a signboard with you name on it. I’ll be wearing my blue hat. 🚙 🧢
